**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
The Medical Office Assistant I position is responsible for providing front office support to clinical operations. Works with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of patient intake, registration, payments, and scheduling. Routinely answers phone calls and provides assistance to inquiries. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. Works under the daily supervision of the Practice Site Manager and/or assigned staff.
