About the Opportunity

This role is for doctors who prefer to work on an hourly rate as opposed to the traditional % of billings offered at most medical practices nowadays. Due to a female GP who is relocating interstate and another doctor who plans to retire in the foreseeable future, an accredited bulk billing practice in the Heidelberg Heights area is needing more vocationally registered general practitioners to replace their departing team members. A great opportunity for GPs who are looking for more work-life balance as the practice is closed on weekends and evenings, hence you'll only be required to work during standard business hours. The practice averages 4 patients an hour with 15minute appointments where you'll be on a fixed hourly rate for the first 3 months followed by an incentivised pay system, which is scaled based on the amount that you bill.
