Our Lincoln Road practice members work as a highly integrated team to care for our population of patients and operate out of a modern purpose built building. We are launching a satellite clinic in Rolleston and are currently recruiting for both sites.
Responsibilities
- Front line at reception and on the phones
- Welcoming & checking patients in for their appointments
- Frontline enquiries via phone and making appointments
- Liaising with patients and other medical providers
- Registering new patients and transferring patients
- Processing payments and debt collection
- General administration and reception duties
- Medical administration for the doctors
