Must have scheduling experience.

What You’ll Do:

+ Welcome patients and support front desk operations (check-in/out, scheduling)

+ Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations

+ Manage referrals and maintain accurate records

+ Collect copays and process payments

+ Assist with billing, administrative tasks, and daily clinic flow

What You Bring:

+ Prior medical front office experience

+ Experience with insurance verification/authorizations

+ Strong organization, attention to detail, and a patient-friendly approach
