Medical Scientific Liaison (Xico)

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field‑based member of the Medical Affairs group that engages clinicians, KOLs, and investigators across the Cardiometabolic therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

• Exchange peer‑to‑peer medical and scientific information with customers and internal partners.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of therapeutic areas, major studies, product information, and clinical data.
• Provide assistance on projects in the therapeutic area including medical affairs, CMEs, advisory boards, KOL interactions, scientific reviews, investigator meetings, etc.
• Advise medical management on local issues, opportunities, and action plans.
• Share medical information with national/regional KOLs about scientific information, clinical guidelines, product attributes, and outcomes studies.
• Build and maintain advanced disease, product, and therapy knowledge with relevant collaborators.
