About the Company The Senior Medical Social Worker (Senior MSW) is a senior member of the Social Services Department responsible for providing therapeutic psychosocial interventions, complex case management, programme development, and team supervision within the nursing home setting. The Senior MSW provides leadership in the management of high-risk and complex cases, supports interdisciplinary care planning, and contributes to the development of resident and caregiver support initiatives aligned with person-centred care principles and organisational goals. The Senior MSW also supports service quality, staff management and capability development, and operational coordination within assigned clusters or services.
