Summary The Altoona VAMC is a healthcare facility that provides acute, intermediate, and long-term care 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week and on holidays. The Medical Laboratory Technician independently carries out procedures, handles routine problems, and corrects errors according to accepted laboratory policies under supervision of the Assistant Laboratory Manager.
