Medical Technologist - Blood Bank

*_SUMMARY:_*

We are currently seeking a*Medical Technologist*to join our Blood Bank team. This part time role will work 64 hours within a two week pay period (days). The schedule will primarily work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM but rotates to 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM at least 1 – 2 times per week. Also includes every 3rdweekend.

*Purpose of this position:*Under general supervision, performs clinical laboratory testing of moderate to highly complex testing. Uses automated equipment and specialized processes for testing, accurately interpreting the results and able to identify abnormal results of specimens submitted to the laboratory.
