Opportunity Description
This is a part time position, 20-30 hours/wk requirement. The Member Experience Leader (MXL) is the essential club culture leader of the gym. They will consistently interact, communicate, and maintain an excellent relationship with gym members, fellow staff, and upper management. The MXL is responsible for carrying out key functions for operating the gym, which include but are not limited to: a) providing the absolute best customer service experience. b) account administration to current gym members. c) creating and maintaining excellent club culture. d) contacting leads and selling memberships to non-members. The MXL also monitors the gym environment and operations on a daily basis and collaborates with upper management on possible improvements where needed to continue growth and success of the club.
