Member of Technical Staff - Product Engineering

Requirements Client: Squad. Role company: PSI, a stealth AI-for-physics startup. Member of Technical Staff, Product Engineering. Location: Boston, MA in-person hybrid; East Coast remote acceptable with at least one onsite visit per month. Compensation: $250K-$350K base plus seed-stage equity and benefits. Visa: USC or GC strongly preferred; H-1B transfers case-by-case; no new H-1B. This is a founding product-engineering role owning all customer-facing product surfaces end-to-end: web applications, dashboards, and workflow interfaces used by physicists and research engineers running AI-driven simulations. There is no PM or designer yet, so the hire needs product judgment, design instinct, and engineering rigor from day one. Real-time and streaming UX is central because the platform runs long, multi-hour scientific compute jobs.
