Location: Pensacola, FL (Hybrid Schedule)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Pay: $17.50/hour

About the Role
We are seeking Member Service Representatives to support a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. In this role, you will assist members with consumer loan inquiries and financial products while delivering exceptional customer service in a structured, performance-driven setting.
You’ll handle back-to-back calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide accurate, compliant support to ensure a positive member experience.
Training Schedule
July 13 – August 7, 2026
+ Monday – Friday
+ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
+ Attendance is required
Available Shifts (After Training)
Candidates must be available to work either Monday–Saturday OR Sunday–Friday, with shifts falling between 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM EST. Schedules include a fixed day off and one rotating day....
