Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach (BRS) Reporting to: BRS Team Leader/Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach Broad purpose of the post Looking for a role that makes a difference? We have an opportunity to join our Bespoke Repatriation Service as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach. An alternative to traditional models of care BRS supports patients throughout Gwent to transition from secure or residential settings into a community setting with their own tenancy. As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will support your Team Leader and the Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach in delivery of a 24/7 support service.
