General Requirements:
Mental Health Counselor III
Master’s degree in Counselor Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field; or Doctorate in Counselor Education. Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor ( LPC -S) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor ( LCSW -S) in the State of Texas. Minimum of five years full-time equivalent post-licensure experience, including at least one year providing clinical supervision in a college, university, or relevant clinical setting. Experience in a university or college counseling setting is preferred. Expertise in one or more specialty areas such as trauma, eating concerns, substance use, or neurodiversity preferred.
