We are currently seeking a*Licensed Mental Health Professional*to join our Jail Health Services team. This full-time role will work days (Monday to Friday).*This is a grant funded role, currently funded through the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.*
*Purpose of this position:*Under general supervision, a mental health professional provides direct mental health services including screening, diagnostic assessment, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy services with persons living with mental illness; evaluates care and programming; and develops programming as needed
*_RESPONSIBILITIES:_*
* Participates in multidisciplinary care team rounds
* Provides mental health services including initial and ongoing screening, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning (including regular updates), psychoeducation, psychotherapy services, crisis services, referrals, and discharge/termination planning
