Mental Health Psychosocial Support Worker

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and support the delivery of recovery-oriented mental health services within a multidisciplinary team. Working under clinical supervision, you will provide practical, non-clinical psychosocial support across community, acute and rehabilitation settings.

You will assist consumers to understand recovery and rehabilitation and help them achieve their individual goals through day-to-day support aligned with their care plans.
