You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a bespoke, high-quality development designed to promote independence and positive outcomes.

This service supports individuals transitioning from secure environments, rehabilitation units, forensic services, and out-of-area placements. For many, this will be their first step towards semi-independent living.
