**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Mental Health Technician, you will help patients develop healthy coping mechanisms and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment so they can achieve emotional and social well-being.
Every day you will provide direct patient care and support their growth. You will be expected to monitor their physical, emotional, and social needs, and act as a role model.
To be successful in this role, you must possess physical and mental health, emotional maturity, and interpersonal competence.
+ Assist patients in developing individuality and appropriate methods of self-expression through a trauma-informed care atmosphere.
