Opportunity Description
- Mentoring primary school children and secondary school youth from disadvantaged families to develop character strengths and social emotional competencies through building quality relationships with the children.
- Planning learning activities for mentoring sessions and to be a positive role model to achieve following objectives:to develop confidence and character strengths in children for their personal growth;
- to build positive and quality relationships with children and foster friendships amongst them and develop a sense of belonging to the community.
- Supporting in development of outcome measures and using data-driven approaches to track the development of children in CDAC programmes through observations, in-depth conversations and information sharing with schools.
