Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee MEP mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design and installation to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
- Facilitate communication among architects, contractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications, ensuring timely identification of discrepancies.
- Manage MEP project documentation including drawings, specifications, and change orders to maintain accurate project records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination on large-scale construction projects.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or relevant MEP-specific certifications is highly desired.
