MEP Cost Manager

V7 Recruitment are looking foran experiencedMEPCost Managerto support the delivery of major data centre projects across the Nordics, with a focus on Norway and Finland. This role will involve working on large-scale, complex developments, supporting clients from early-stage design through to project completion.Using your expertise inMEPcost management, you will be responsible for developing cost plans, carrying out feasibility studies, supporting procurement and tender evaluations, and managing commercial aspects throughout the projectlifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.This is an opportunity to work within a fast-growing sector, contributing to high-value, technically complex data centre projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders. You will be working alternating weeks, one on-site in the Nordics and the other working from home!
