Role Purpose

In a Lock & Key (Turnkey) project , the MEP-HVAC Engineer (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) is the master of the building’s indoor environmental quality. While other engineers focus on the structure or the water, the HVAC Engineer is responsible for the invisible comfort of the occupants.

On a turnkey project, the client expects a perfectly tempered, silent, and fresh atmosphere the moment they receive the Key. This role requires a high degree of technical precision to ensure that massive mechanical systems—chillers, AHUs, ducts, and fans—are integrated into high-end architectural ceilings and joinery without compromising the design or the acoustic performance of the space.
