MEP Job Captain

This is a remote position. We're seeking an MEP Job Captain to lead modeling efforts for one of our client's engineering project teams. Our client is a well-established MEP firm with a strong project portfolio across commercial, healthcare, and mission critical work, supported by a tenured engineering bench and modern BIM workflow. Their leadership invests in their modeling team and gives senior staff real ownership across the project lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead production of electrical and MEP models across multiple concurrent projects Run clash detection workflows and coordinate resolution with internal teams and trade partners Manage RFI responses tied to modeling, coordination, and constructability questions Direct junior modelers and designers through deliverables, deadlines, and quality reviews Enforce QA/QC standards across model accuracy, content libraries, and project documentation QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of BIM experience on commercial or institutional MEP projects A...
