MEP Manager, Engineering Design & Technical

The Engineering (MEP) Project Manager will be responsible for providing Technical Support and leading projects for the Radisson Hotel Group developments primarily throughout Middle East and Africa.

Project types include leads & pipeline projects (new build, equity, conversions projects) and existing hotel projects (Retrofit & Engineering projects) across all of Radisson Hotel brands.

Key objectives are:

• Maximize compliance to the Engineering Technical Brand Standards, to ensure that hotel meets the market and guest expectations.
• Monitor, advice & coordinate of the Engineering Technical Design Guidelines correct implementation.
• Monitor and report project related engineering progress and activities during execution phase.
• Control and ensure of Fire, Life & Safety RHG standards compliance in all projects.
