MEP Operations Manager

Location: Minneapolis / St. Paul

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide overall operational leadership for plumbing and HVAC field operations across commercial and multifamily projects.


• Report directly to the Owner and provide regular updates on operational performance, staffing, project status, and financial metrics.


• Manage and support project managers, field supervisors, foremen, and service leadership.


• Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.


• Establish and enforce operational standards, procedures, and best practices across all jobs.
