Rate: £450 - £500 per day Ltd (dpeending on experience)
Location: Near Bank Station, London. Office based
Contract Length: 6 months minimum, likely to be extended
My client is a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and is looking to appoint an MEP Pre-Construction Manager to support the front-end delivery of multiple projects across London. Based from their office near Bank Station, you will play a key role in reviewing designs, managing tender activities, engaging with the supply chain, and supporting project mobilisation before works commence on site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding business delivering projects valued between £20m and £50m.
