MEP Procurement Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a qualified MEP Procurement Engineer to manage all procurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for high‑profile construction projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, MEP drawings and BOQs to determine procurement needs.
• Prepare and manage RFQs/RFPs for suppliers and subcontractors in the UAE and internationally.
• Evaluate vendor quotations technically and commercially; prepare comparison sheets and recommendations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance with contract terms.
• Ensure all materials comply with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense and other UAE authority requirements.
• Liaise with engineering, planning and site teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
