Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities between Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, HR, Finance and Clients
- Plan and monitor manpower allocation across multiple projects
- Track project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule
- Follow up on material requests, procurement status, deliveries and site requirements
- Coordinate site access permits, gate passes, work permits and client approvals
- Monitor technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, material approvals and project documentation
- Conduct regular follow-up with site teams and prepare progress reports
- Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling and resource management
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover activities
- Identify project delays, risks and resource constraints and escalation as required
- Maintain project records, correspondence and documentation
