MEP Project Director

We have recently partnered with one of our key clients and are looking for an MEP Project Director to join their Building Services Team located in Central London.

You will effectively and professionally lead the delivery of large scale multi-disciplinary commercial projects, working alongside the the building construction team, to ensure the delivery to time, commercial performance, governance and company values are met during all phases of the project’s delivery. Managing schemes from pre-construction through to completion (Cradle to grave experience required).

You’ll:

• Actively participate in the implementation of the company's Building Services Business Strategy for developing and delivering within the commercial market.
• Ensure that the commercial and contractual interests of the company are managed and always protected with responsibility for the revenue and income targets set as part of the project with full profit and loss responsibility...
