MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit‑out projects to lead and manage all MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV) across high‑end interior projects such as Commercial, and residential fit‑outs. The role requires hands‑on coordination with interior designers, main contractors, consultants, and authorities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• nManage end‑to‑end MEP execution for interior fit‑out projects from mobilization to handover
• .Review interior design drawings and coordinate MEP services with joinery, ceiling, flooring, and partition works
• .Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material procurement for MEP scope
• .Ensure MEP installations are aligned with fit‑out sequencing (ceiling closures, joinery integration, final fix)
