MEP Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall execution of MEP works for data centre design and build projects from design development to commissioning and handover. Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies to ensure timely completion of works. Monitor project progress, budget, and performance to ensure project objectives are achieved. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize project delays or cost overruns. Coordinate closely with design consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure MEP design complies with project requirements, local codes, and data centre standards. Review and manage MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings. Manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered according to contract requirements and project schedule.
