MEP Site Manager

A well-established main contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects across specialist sectors including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Commercial Offices, Defense and Waste. They are seeking a Site Manager with either a Mechanical or Electrical bias to support the delivery of major projects across Central London. Initial assignments will be based around Liverpool Street and King’s Cross, with the opportunity to move onto further London projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day‑to‑day site management across mechanical or electrical packages
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and project milestones
• Coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics in busy Central London environments
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and driving a strong safety culture
• Ensuring quality standards are met and supporting snagging / commissioning activities
