Merchandise Operations Assistant

We’re looking for a Merchandise Operations Assistant to join the team of a contemporary womenswear fashion brand based in East London. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised with strong Excel skills who’s looking to gain further experience within merchandising operations, logistics, and wholesale support in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

This is a temporary position for around 6 months to start ASAP, therefore suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with inbound deliveries, shipment tracking, and warehouse intake coordination.
• Maintain and update shipment trackers, purchase orders, and intake schedules across internal systems.
• Assist with wholesale order administration, delivery coordination, and shipping documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to support smooth stock flow and timely deliveries.
