Job Purpose
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring proper product display, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and brand visibility across assigned retail outlets. The role supports sales growth by maintaining merchandising standards and coordinating with store personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and display products according to company merchandising standards
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly rotated (FIFO method)
- Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock items to the supervisor
- Check product pricing, promotions, and expiry dates regularly
