Merchandising Coordinator - Produce

The Produce Merchandising Coordinator supports the Produce Category Management team across assigned areas by assisting with pricing execution, order guide accuracy, and promotional planning initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining % accurate order guides, ensuring item setup, pricing, and promotional details are correctly reflected to support store execution and operational efficiency.

The coordinator supports weekly and seasonal promotional planning and works cross‑functionally with Category Management, Replenishment, Operations, Data Integrity, Marketing, and Finance teams to develop, track, and report on key departmental objectives and sales goals. In addition, this position is responsible for drafting communications, generating reports and analysis, and coordinating special projects that support merchandising accuracy, promotional execution, and day‑to‑day operational needs within the Produce department.
