Merchandising Director

We are working with a global sourcing company in hiring a Country Manager to lead the production and sourcing operations in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The role will drive revenue growth, monitor P&L against budget, deliver end-to-end sourcing solutions as the key liasion between customers, local factories and internal merchandising teams to ensure quality, reliabilty and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• P&L & Financial Management: manage annual profit and budget plans. Monitor performance against plan, perform cost and margin analysis, improve cost efficiency etc.
• Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans from concept to implementation. Lead sourcing trips to mills and factories to identify, develop, and grow production bases for knit, woven, and sweater categories.
