BASIC FUNCTION

Store merchandising audit functions ensure optimal product presence, compliance with brand standards, and sales efficiency. The Trade Merchandising Supervisor will audit the executions of the current Merchandising agency for total key account branches and is responsible for preparing, reading, and interpreting audit data to drive actionable insights and improvements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Planogram & Max Cap Compliance Verification: Ensure products are displayed according to pre-approved layouts (e.g., correct shelf positioning, number of facings, and spacing).

Key checks:

• Product placement accuracy.
• Elimination of out-of-stock gaps through coordination with assigned KAM.
