OVERALL OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE: The position is based in Singapore to support the Sales team. The core duties are to provide clerical and administrative support and perform operational functions of Point-of-Sale terminal related activities.
Responsibilities- Entering merchant and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed.
- Keep information confidential.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Handle enquiries from internal and external customers.
- Filing of documents.
- Ad‑Hoc duties includes but not limited to backing up office Admin and providing support to the team.
