Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer

Role Overview:

We are looking to onboard a seasoned Lawyer (Partner Level) in M&A, General Corporate Practice with 12–16 years PQE , with strong transaction execution experience and leadership capabilities. You need to have a strong business development & client acquisition acumen, this role will involve leading deal teams, managing client relationships, handling negotiations, and providing strategic advisory on complex corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution:

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity, and joint venture deals (public and private)
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents including Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders Agreements (SHA), Business Transfer Agreements (BTA), Term Sheets, etc.
