Were hiring a hands‑on Growth Operator (Shopify Expert/ meta ads) to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast‑scaling DTC e‑commerce brand.

This is not a typical management role. You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving growth across markets channels and funnels. You dont need to have done this exact role before BUT you need to be a builder who figures things out fast and gets things done.
