The Metal Shop Supervisor will lead fabrication and assembly operations within a busy workshop supporting retail and commercial fit‑out projects. You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day running of the metal shop, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards.
The employer is a well‑established organisation in the transport and distribution sector. This role sits within their Asset Refurbishment arm, providing additional value for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the metal shop, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Coordinate and allocate resources to optimise workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor quality control processes and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
