Metrology Management
Plan and schedule periodic qualification of facilities, utilities and process equipment metrology assets to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements
Develop strategies to minimize measurement errors and improve accuracy
Ensure data integrity in all metrology and calibration processes
Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards related to metrology
Oversee maintenance of site electrical systems performed by site Facility Management partner; inclusive of high & Low voltage distribution panels, lighting, power, earthing, lightning, photovoltaic and ELV systems
System owner for paperless calibration; manage the setup of instrument calibration on paperless system
Troubleshoot the instruments and its related communication interface issues with Automation systems
Manage instrumentation and electrical spares
Training and Development
Provide training on metrology principles and practices to technicians
