MFTE Engineer (Manufacturing Fixture Test Engineering)

• Setup, maintenance, and analysis of the fixtures for Functional tests, analyze and resolve issues found during production testing or mass production.
• Conducting compatibility tests, ensuring conformity with automatic or semi-automatic production requirements.
• Receive, introduce, and transfer of new products, receive RD or other site documents and data related to functional tests.
• Optimize production technology, review and introduce ECR/ECO/ECN.
• Support and assist with vendor technology.
• Leading and training technicians.
• Monitoring function test status. Improve test yield.
• Analysis of fixture issues in functional testing

What you must have to apply:

• Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Electronics) or a related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the electronics industry, especially in PCBA processes...
