The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance and repair activities across the Rahway site, with a primary focus on facilities and utilities systems and equipment. Supervised trades include pipefitters, millwrights, electricians, instrument technicians, and HVAC technicians.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safe, high‑quality, and timely completion of maintenance work. Key responsibilities include managing trade attendance, assigning scheduled work orders, issuing and signing work permits, supporting energy isolation/equipment clearance/lockout-tagout activities, tracking work order progress, and ensuring accurate and complete work order documentation in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
