Opportunity Description
Individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of distribution standards development and governance. The manager will oversee the creation, maintenance, and implementation of Electric Service Standards (ESS), Distribution Construction Standards (DCS), Engineering Guidelines/Practices (EGPs), and associated policies. Position will require interfacing with many other workgroups to provide updates and coordinate all aspects of standards deployment and utilization.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Track and support implementation of core distribution standards, including DCS, ESS, and EGPs.
• Establish, drive, and reinforce distribution standards across Operations and Design functions.
• Lead the development and implementation of work processes and procedures, including documentation of system updates and standard changes.
