Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and manage all warehousing activities in Singapore. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting manufacturing and business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and customer service readiness
Manage and develop the warehouse team, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators
Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
