We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) in our Manno or London office.

What You’ll Do

The Payroll & Time & Attendance Integration Manager (EMEA) will support the implementation of the Legion Time & Attendance system for HR and Payroll teams across the Michael Kors EMEA region. The role will focus on designing and delivering automated, secure, and compliant data flows between Legion and multiple payroll software platforms used by external payroll providers across 20 European countries, eliminating manual data manipulation and reducing payroll risk. The role will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Retail Operations, IT, PMO, Legion, and external payroll vendors to ensure a scalable and future‑proof payroll integration model.
