Job Description

• Conduct market survey to market the bank’s microfinance loan product and services to potential communities to promote microfinance development.

• Perform community entry and prospecting of clients

• Facilitate groups to strengthen microfinance development for the bank

• Facilitate the granting of loans to groups per budgetary estimates and ensure 100% recovery

• Identify and assess the financial needs of clients and provide appropriate solutions

• Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients

• Process loan applications and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations

• Provide financial literacy education to clients to enhance their understanding of financial concepts and management
