Microfinance Loan Officer – Growth & Credit Quality

BDO Unibank in Masbate City is seeking a dedicated individual to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. The role involves soliciting microfinance loan accounts, analyzing loan qualifications, initiating credit activities, and ensuring adherence to bank policies.

The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year degree, possess strong selling and communication skills, and preferably have experience in microfinance sales. Knowledge of computer software and the ability to drive a motorcycle are advantageous.
