Microsoft Cloud Engineer

Provides hardware/software support of revenue cycle computing systems in the following areas:
•application development/maintenance operating systems computer •operations telecommunications field engineering or systems control. •Install/modify/monitor basic routine and advanced computer systems and programs.
•Design new basic routine and advanced computer system and/or programs.
•Detailed knowledge of revenue cycle systems scheduling registration billing and collection workflows.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience working with cloud storage; including storage tiers, performance, backup/restore, authentication, immutability, security, IP restrictions, auditing, versioning and on-site integration.
• Experience with the configuration of Microsoft SAS offerings; including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Copilot.
• Experience working with Azure subscriptions; including resource groups, permissions, costing and security.
