Northworks Architects & Planners is seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our Chicago studio. This role is ideal for designers with a strong background in interior architecture and a passion for high-end residential design.
You will play a key role in leading interior architecture efforts, contributing to project design direction, overseeing technical documentation, and mentoring junior team members within a collaborative studio environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the development of interior architecture for a variety of residential and hospitality projects
Produce detailed interior drawing sets, including plans, elevations, sections, millwork details, and schedules
Guide material, finish, and fixture selections, ensuring clear documentation and coordination
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers across the firm
